Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product roadmap, the full-time Senior Product Manager will work remotely within the U.S. to translate company goals into actionable tasks, manage requirements, and ensure successful delivery of features while collaborating closely with engineering and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with engineering capacity and company priorities
• Write and maintain detailed product requirements (PRDs) linked to Jira epics, covering frontend and backend behavior, user flows, and acceptance criteria
• Validate delivered work against requirements, identifying gaps and collaborating with engineering on fixes and product acceptance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of owning roadmap priorities and delivery
• Strong experience in writing clear product specifications and managing work in Jira or similar tools
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance product development workflows
• Experience working closely with engineers to resolve ambiguity and validate functionality
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows and the ability to translate clinical and compliance needs into product requirements
