Job Summary
Owning the integration ecosystem for the MixMode platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage product delivery, define the roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer workflows through AI-driven detections, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive execution by managing product delivery from requirements to release, ensuring alignment with engineering and data science teams
- Define and prioritize the integration ecosystem roadmap based on customer needs and business goals, effectively communicating trade-offs to stakeholders
- Conduct ongoing customer discovery to synthesize insights into actionable problem statements and success metrics
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of product management experience with enterprise B2B software or SaaS products
- Proven track record of making prioritization decisions and delivering on product timelines
- 3+ years of experience managing integration, API, or data pipeline products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
