Seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for a full-time remote position, this role will own product strategy and execution for key HCM solutions, focusing on customer discovery, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-driven innovation to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies and maintain outcome-focused roadmaps for HCM product domains
- Conduct customer interviews and market analysis to identify product opportunities and inform prioritization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product capabilities and support successful product adoption
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of progressive Product Management experience in HCM, payroll, or B2B SaaS environments
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through launch
- Experience using AI tools to enhance product management workflows and capabilities
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
