Job Summary
Leading the product vision and delivery for the Retirement & Wealth business line, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will develop innovative digital solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive product strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and consumer needs into innovative digital solutions and product visions
- Develop and execute product roadmaps focused on measurable outcomes and business value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product capabilities and prioritize based on customer feedback and market demand
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience in Financial Services and Fintech strongly preferred
- Proven leadership skills with a background in team management and development
- Familiarity with Scrum Product Owner or Certified Product Manager credentials preferred
