Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the vision and execution for homeowner-facing mobile and web applications, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the integration and evolution of legacy applications while building new self-service capabilities, all in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for homeowner applications, ensuring a cohesive user experience
• Assess and manage the legacy consumer applications, determining which to sustain, migrate, or retire while preserving customer trust
• Develop and deliver self-service features for customer care, billing, and field service requests, integrating with various operational teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in product management with experience in consumer-facing software products from discovery to launch
• 3+ years managing native mobile applications (iOS and Android) in production
• Proven experience with transactional consumer flows, including account management and billing
• Experience with application migration and consolidation while maintaining user engagement
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL fluency and product analytics
