Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking two Senior Product Managers to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for leading cross-functional teams to enhance both the camper and host experiences within the marketplace, setting strategic roadmaps, and utilizing AI in product development.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for specific marketplace areas, setting priorities and delivering results aligned with company strategy
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data partners to manage planning and backlog priorities
• Conduct user research to inform product decisions and collaborate with various departments to implement impactful changes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a consumer or marketplace environment
• Experience in a startup or scale-up with end-to-end ownership of a product area
• Strong product sense with the ability to translate user needs and data into actionable decisions
• Proficiency in experimentation and funnel metrics, with the ability to analyze data independently
• Familiarity with AI tools and a passion for leveraging technology in product development
