Job Summary
Driving the eCommerce Purchasing experience, the full-time salaried Senior Product Manager will own product enhancements, manage the roadmap, and lead conversion optimization initiatives in a remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Own and improve the eCommerce Purchasing experience across brands, focusing on product configuration, checkout, and payment processes
- Define and manage the product roadmap, translating business objectives and customer feedback into actionable requirements
- Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives, analyzing customer behavior and implementing A/B tests to enhance performance
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- 5+ years managing eCommerce products and customer-facing experiences
- Proven experience with conversion optimization and A/B testing
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience collaborating with UX, Engineering, QA, and Marketing teams
