Owning the patient growth funnel, the full-time Senior Product Manager will enhance patient onboarding, referrals, and community engagement in a hybrid work environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product growth and improve user retention.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the patient growth funnel from first visit to active user, setting targets and driving results
- Redesign onboarding and record connection flows to enhance user activation and reduce time to first value
- Develop and scale referral and community programs to increase patient trust and engagement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in health-tech
- Demonstrated growth experience in consumer products with measurable metrics
- Proficiency in product analytics and experience with tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude
- Experience designing and executing experiments, including A/B tests
- Familiarity with web and mobile release cycles and platform constraints
