Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Accountable for the strategy and evolution of Health Insurance and Claims products, the full-time Senior Product Manager will lead product teams in developing and executing product roadmaps while collaborating across various departments to enhance client experiences and drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the long-term product roadmap aligned with business strategy, ensuring execution through iterative product roadmaps
• Engage with customers to identify needs and translate them into product hypotheses, while tracking Key Performance Metrics to deliver business value
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to prioritize product releases and resolve conflicts constructively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of relevant business experience, including product management and leadership, preferably in insurance
• Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, and market/user research
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to balance long-term transformation with operational needs
• Proven experience in developing product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes across complex business capabilities
