Job Summary
Focused on driving product growth and customer adoption, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the relationship between go-to-market teams and product development, utilizing a deep understanding of the Quote to Cash process and AI integration in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between GTM teams, partners, and Product Development, translating customer needs into product priorities
- Utilize product analytics and customer insights to inform the product roadmap and measure impact
- Create and execute initiatives that drive feature adoption and ensure customers realize continuous value
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, presales, and/or outbound product management
- Deep understanding of the Quote to Cash process, including invoicing and revenue recognition
- Hands-on experience using AI in daily workflows
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage and present to large audiences
- Working knowledge of machine learning and agentic automation in finance
