Job Summary

Driving the future of security operations, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-native products, focusing on customer discovery, product delivery, and adoption metrics in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing features from definition through launch
• Conduct customer and partner research to inform product decisions and continuously refine the roadmap based on feedback
• Lead product delivery by collaborating with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure timely launches and meet activation and retention targets

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or related industry experience
• Hands-on experience with LLM product stack, including prompt engineering and model selection trade-offs
• Proven ability to drive action in ambiguous environments
• Strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills
• Experience building products for expert users with a focus on engagement and trust
