Job Summary

Owning the product strategy for advisor communication channels, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will design and implement AI-driven systems for telephony, SMS, and chat, enhancing real-time coaching and conversation intelligence in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product roadmap for advisor communication channels, including telephony systems and messaging platforms
• Develop and oversee the live transcript product, ensuring integration with real-time coaching and call scoring
• Define metrics and lead experimentation to improve connection rates and advisor performance based on data-driven insights

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in product management, specifically with real-time communication products
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, particularly LLMs, in analyzing and applying data
• Technical fluency in system architecture, including APIs and real-time data processing
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and engineering, to align on product goals
• Experience with contact center platform migrations and compliance requirements related to communication channels
