Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Product Manager, AI, working remotely, the candidate will manage cross-departmental initiatives to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and leverage AI tools for internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Map and analyze workflows within departments to identify inefficiencies and prioritize opportunities for improvement
• Prototype solutions quickly and collaborate with engineering teams to develop and launch effective tools
• Measure the impact of implemented tools and report results to the executive team, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption across the organization

Required qualifications

• Experience working with non-technical teams to identify and address workflow challenges
• Proficiency in coding and familiarity with AI applications, including the ability to write scripts and query data
• Demonstrated ability to prototype and iterate on solutions based on user feedback
• Strong analytical skills to measure changes against baselines and report outcomes effectively
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, enabling actionable decision-making without the need for meetings
