Senior Product Manager (AI)
Job Summary
Owning a strategic AI product area, the full-time Senior Product Manager (AI) will lead a cross-functional team to develop and enhance an AI Receptionist that improves patient interactions and operational efficiency in healthcare, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for the AI product area across multiple communication channels
- Continuously improve AI product quality through experimentation, evaluation, and iterative development
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions while ensuring patient safety and quality
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management with 2+ years as an AI Product Manager delivering AI/ML-powered products
- Hands-on experience managing AI Agents as customer-facing products, including product discovery and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of modern AI Agent systems, including LLM orchestration and continuous quality improvement
- Experience in an experimentation-driven product environment, forming hypotheses and measuring outcomes
- Professional proficiency in both Russian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with native English speakers
