Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end product life cycle, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will manage product strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop user-centric solutions, and drive the launch of innovative features in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for AI capabilities, defining MVPs, success metrics, and risk controls
- Partner with engineering to design and launch AI-enabled features, ensuring user journeys and requirements are clearly defined
- Conduct customer discovery and competitive research to inform product priorities and execution across teams
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or related domains
- 1 to 2+ years of experience shipping AI/ML or intelligent automation products
- Ownership of at least one AI-powered capability, such as a co-pilot or intelligent automation
- Strong technical fluency in LLMs, prompt design, and evaluation methods
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
