Job Summary
To support the development of an AI-native platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will own a significant area of the product lifecycle from customer problem identification to product delivery, while working remotely and engaging closely with restaurant operators and marketers.
Key responsibilities
- Own a platform area end to end, ensuring accountability for product outcomes
- Engage directly with customers to gather evidence and insights for product development
- Rapidly transform customer feedback into prototypes and shipped products through iterative cycles
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and data-heavy environments
- Hands-on experience with AI tooling, including building prototypes and workflows
- Strong technical fluency, capable of reading schemas and writing queries
- Proven ability to write clear and precise product specifications
- Located in the US or Canada, with a preference for remote work capabilities
