Job Summary
To support a new generation of AI-native procurement products, the full-time Senior Product Manager, AI will own a buyer-side product area on a remote platform, focusing on product strategy, AI integration, and public sector readiness while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct customer discovery and define product strategy by engaging with agency buyers and analyzing market data
- Own the vision and roadmap for AI features, determining where AI assists and where human control is necessary
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on launch plans and track adoption and commercial performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B, enterprise, or SaaS environment
- Experience delivering AI features and defining evaluation metrics for production
- Working knowledge of government procurement processes, including solicitations and contracts
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for prototyping and product development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
