Senior Product Manager - AI Assistant
Job Summary
As a full-time Sr Staff Outbound Product Manager - AI Assistant, the successful candidate will manage the market success of the Assistant portfolio, focusing on customer and market understanding, adoption efforts, and community engagement in a flexible or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep customer insights and understand market needs, competitive landscape, and deployment constraints in large enterprises
- Lead adoption efforts for new capabilities and integrations, including creating documentation and operational playbooks
- Serve as a primary advocate for the Voice of the Customer, translating feedback into prioritized requirements for product planning
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or related roles, preferably with enterprise SaaS products
- Proven experience in shipping and scaling integrations, platform ecosystems, or developer/admin-facing features
- Strong understanding of enterprise deployment realities, including security, compliance, and data governance
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
- Ability to craft narratives and enable teams effectively across cross-functional environments
