Senior Product Manager - AI Search

Job Summary

Leading the development of advanced enterprise search and conversational AI capabilities, the full-time Senior Product Manager - AI Search will set the vision for product strategy, drive measurable outcomes, and manage a team while working flexibly or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy for enterprise search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and question-answering capabilities
• Shape the product narrative and secure executive buy-in to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business and customer impact
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building and leading high-performing product teams
• 8+ years in software product management with hands-on experience in enterprise search or RAG products
• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and modern search technologies
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable features at speed
• Expertise in leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to guide strategy and measure success
