Senior Product Manager, Billing

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and roadmap for billing and collections, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Billing will manage complex payment workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for billing and collections, balancing customer value and engineering complexity
• Utilize customer feedback and market insights to identify high-impact problems and opportunities in billing processes
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other departments to launch reliable billing experiences and drive improvements in payment recovery and automation

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management experience with a proven track record in managing complex products
• Experience in payments, billing, fintech, or SaaS subscriptions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into measurable outcomes
• Proven cross-functional leadership capabilities to align diverse stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with subscription billing or payment recovery processes is especially valuable
