Senior Product Manager, Billing
Job Summary
To support a growing product line, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Billing will lead the development of billing systems and processes, focusing on entitlements, metering, checkout, and invoicing while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Set a multi-year platform vision for pricing, metering, entitlements, and invoicing
- Build a unified entitlements model that accurately reflects customer access within the product
- Oversee the checkout and subscription lifecycle, ensuring seamless customer self-service and billing management
Required qualifications
- At least 6 years of product management experience in SaaS, with 2 years in billing, monetization, or pricing
- Experience co-designing billing stack architecture with engineering teams
- Proven track record of managing pricing or packaging changes from proposal to production
- Familiarity with consumption-based monetization and its complexities
- Hands-on experience with billing platforms such as Stripe or similar systems
