Senior Product Manager, Billing
Job Summary
Owning the roadmap and execution for key billing and marketplace initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Billing will work remotely to enhance payment flows, improve prepaid capabilities, and drive cloud marketplace integrations across major platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the roadmap, execution, and launches for billing and marketplace features, collaborating with engineering, Finance, and Sales Ops
- Enhance prepaid commit capabilities and improve payment and collections processes to ensure accurate billing
- Lead billing launches for new products and pricing models in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, and Support
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on billing, metering, or payments for cloud products
- Strong understanding of usage-based pricing and its implications for systems and revenue
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure marketplaces and related APIs
- Familiarity with order-to-cash processes, including invoicing and revenue recognition
- Experience with third-party billing platforms such as Stripe or similar
