Senior Product Manager, Clinical
Job Summary
Owning the product vision and roadmap for clinical products, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Clinical will lead cross-functional teams to enhance dental patient care through innovative software solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for clinical products, including charting, treatment planning, and imaging
- Collaborate with dentists and clinical teams to understand workflows and translate pain points into product requirements
- Establish product analytics and success metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a fast-growing startup environment
- Experience shipping AI/ML features, particularly in voice/speech AI, computer vision, or medical imaging
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and modern clinical technologies; a dental or clinical background is a bonus
- Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams
- Technical curiosity with proficiency in using AI and analytics tools to drive business outcomes
