Senior Product Manager, Data & ML

Job Summary

Owning the product roadmap for the Data & ML squad, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Data & ML will focus on predictive performance infrastructure and creator-brand match quality while working remotely to enhance the marketplace's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for predictive performance infrastructure and creator-brand match quality
• Utilize data and insights to drive brand retention through effective product features
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align data product strategy with company objectives

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of a product area
• Experience in setting and using north star metrics for prioritization and decision-making
• 2+ years of experience with data, ML, or analytics products, including feature development
• Technical fluency in SQL and familiarity with modern data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake
• Proven ability to translate model outputs and data insights into narratives for non-technical stakeholders
