Job Summary

Owning the roadmap and vision for the Agreement Data Platform, the full-time Senior Product Manager - Data Platform will manage the core data model that underpins payroll calculations, ensuring accuracy and configurability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for the Agreement Data Platform, aligning customer needs with company priorities
• Drive the development of operator tooling to enable contract administrators to manage agreements independently without engineering support
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain clear boundaries and predictable dependencies across payroll-related teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS, fintech, or similar technical environment, focusing on platform or data products
• Strong technical orientation with the ability to engage with engineering on data models and integrations
• Proven track record of defining and executing product strategies with measurable outcomes
• Experience using AI tools as an integral part of product management workflows
• Ability to leverage data analytics tools like SQL to inform decisions and uncover insights
