- Refine the vision and roadmap for Empower's digital brokerage experience, integrating Stock Plan Services and existing brokerage capabilities
- Collaborate to define product strategy for connecting various digital experiences and simplifying customer interactions across platforms
- Translate complex financial requirements into intuitive customer experiences while measuring success through engagement and satisfaction metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product management experience in digital consumer financial products
- Directly relevant experience with digital brokerage, Stock Plan Services, or investing products
- Proven ability to simplify complex financial products into user-friendly experiences
- Experience navigating the full product lifecycle from strategy through execution and optimization
