Senior Product Manager, Education

Job Summary

Owning product strategy and execution for the Education line of business, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Education will manage the learner experience, course registration, content authoring, and credentialing while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Education, aligning with company priorities and business objectives
• Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through development, launch, adoption, and iteration, ensuring clear requirements and success metrics
• Partner with Education leaders to identify pain points and prioritize improvements across the learner journey, tying product investments to measurable outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 7+ years of product management experience, with significant ownership of digital products or platforms
• Experience with education technology, including learning management systems and online learning products
• Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to navigate legacy systems and vendor integrations
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
