Senior Product Manager, EHR
Job Summary
Owning the roadmap and day-to-day product management for EHR integrations and data engineering, the full-time Senior Product Manager, EHR will lead new product development, manage vendor relationships, and analyze complex datasets in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product management for EHR and Data Engineering pods, participating in agile ceremonies
- Manage relationships with EHR integration vendors and oversee new product development for EHR integrations
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, validate outputs, and ensure data quality across product and customer data flows
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in product management, consulting, analytics, or EHR integrations
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools, with a strong understanding of technical architectures and data pipelines
- Deep experience with healthcare data and EHR integrations (Epic preferred)
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and define requirements, workflows, and data specifications
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
