Senior Product Manager, Fraud

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of fraud prevention and authentication systems, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Fraud will develop product strategies that balance customer experience with security, working remotely with cross-functional teams to tackle complex fraud-related challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for fraud prevention and customer authentication
• Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics to build data-driven fraud detection products and establish key performance metrics
• Translate complex fraud problems into actionable product requirements and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on the roadmap

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, particularly with complex technical products or platforms
• Proven experience in fraud, risk, authentication, or identity-related products
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Data Science teams to develop fraud detection solutions
• Strong ability to use data and metrics for product decision-making and outcome measurement
• Demonstrated skills in managing external vendors or technology partners related to fraud and risk capabilities
