Senior Product Manager - Fraud

Job Summary

Focused on leading fraud and identity/authentication initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Manager - Fraud will define product strategy and roadmap, working remotely to enhance detection and prevention across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for fraud and identity/authentication across the customer lifecycle
• Prioritize and sequence the joint fraud and identity roadmap, collaborating with various teams
• Act as incident commander for fraud incidents, coordinating across engineering, Client Ops, and GRC

Required qualifications

• Experience owning a fraud, risk, or identity product surface at a payments, fintech, or marketplace company
• Fluency in detection tradeoffs, including precision vs. recall and the cost of false positives
• Comfort working directly with engineers on scoring logic and schemas
• Experience in running incident response and operational orchestration related to fraud
• Demonstrated experience using AI to enhance fraud lifecycle processes
