Job Summary
Owning the entire journey from signup to paid customer, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager, Growth will manage onboarding, activation, upsells, and trial-to-paid conversion while collaborating closely with the Growth & Marketing team and engineering to drive high-impact experiments.
Key responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the growth roadmap, focusing on metrics such as trial start rate, activation, and paid conversion
- Design and implement effective onboarding and upsell experiences to enhance user engagement and conversion rates
- Prototype and run experiments using AI tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to iterate quickly based on data insights
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in growth, activation, onboarding, or monetization within a product-led SaaS environment
- Proven track record of improving conversion metrics through high-velocity experimentation
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools
- Experience designing trial and onboarding flows, including upsells and paywalls
- Familiarity with AI tools for prototyping and data analysis
