Senior Product Manager, HIE

Job Summary

Leading the product strategy for HIE and AI Suspecting and Care Gap Management, the full-time Senior Product Manager, HIE will unify workflows, manage vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a multi-year product vision connecting HIE & AI Suspecting and Care Gap Manager workflows
• Lead agile ceremonies and partner with engineering teams to translate requirements into product documentation
• Own commercial relationships with HIE vendors, negotiating data access terms and overseeing onboarding and contract renewals

Required qualifications

• Six or more years of product management experience, with three to four years in healthcare data or health IT
• Direct experience working with or negotiating with HIEs and clinical data exchange vendors
• Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, C-CDA)
• Familiarity with the regulatory environment governing health information exchange, including information blocking rules
• Experience owning B2B SaaS products with multiple user types and configuration-driven workflows
