Senior Product Manager, Insurance

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and full customer lifecycle for insurance propositions, the remote Senior Product Manager, Insurance will manage product development from concept to launch, focusing on customer value and engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance for insurance propositions, balancing user needs and business goals
• Manage the end-to-end customer journey, optimizing acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Translate product requirements into clear directives for Engineering and maintain a prioritized backlog for development

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of product management experience with a successful track record of delivering high-impact products
• Experience in the insurance industry or a comparable regulated sector
• Proven ability to build products from inception to launch and grow existing propositions
• Strong technical understanding of partner APIs and commercial dynamics
• Exemplary communication skills with experience in stakeholder management and collaboration with third-party partners
