Senior Product Manager, Learning Content

Job Summary

Owning the learning content roadmap, the remote Senior Product Manager, Learning Content will drive high-impact initiatives, prioritize content opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the learner experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the learning content roadmap, ensuring quality and alignment with strategic goals
• Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for content improvement and monitor competitive trends
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement initiatives that support content development and enhance user experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Education, Communications, or a related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management or content strategy, with at least 2 years in a senior role
• Proven ability to develop and manage a content roadmap with actionable initiatives
• Strong research and analytical skills for identifying content opportunities
• Experience in educational publishing or digital learning products, particularly in test prep, is highly advantageous
