Job Summary

Leading the charge in innovative financial solutions, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Lending will own the product roadmap for Toast Capital, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance lending products that support restaurant owners in accessing necessary funding, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Toast Capital and manage the development of new and existing lending products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the ideation, design, development, and launch of financial products
• Create and present business cases for new product investments, measuring the success of product launches

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on B2B products
• Proven track record of managing products from inception to measurable post-launch success
• Experience in innovating within financial services, particularly in the restaurant and hospitality sector
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable outcomes
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL
