Senior Product Manager, Money Movement

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and execution of money movement infrastructure, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Money Movement will manage the payment rails, fiat on/off ramps, and stablecoin conversion processes, working remotely to connect Paxos with global banking and payments systems.

Key responsibilities

• Hold full ownership of the money movement strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Paxos' infrastructure
• Oversee systems that route billions in fiat across banking partners and payment networks
• Design routing, failover, and coordination logic to maximize speed, reliability, and cost efficiency

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of Product Management experience, particularly in transformative technology
• Direct experience with fiat rails, payments, banking partnerships, or transaction orchestration
• Technical fluency with APIs and payment integrations
• Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives without top-down guidance
• Passion for financial inclusion and democratizing access to financial services
