Job Summary

Seeking a versatile Senior Product Manager, Payer Solutions to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for managing payer partnerships, integrating data, and ensuring successful program launches while driving measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Run the launch plan for new payers or employer partners, tracking dependencies and timelines across teams
• Translate contract terms into the technical stack and define success metrics for each partner
• Develop standard processes and templates from each launch to improve efficiency and reduce errors over time

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, implementation, or related fields with a track record of managing cross-functional projects
• Ability to quickly learn new domains and switch between tasks involving data analysis and outreach planning
• Experience in structuring ambiguous situations and maintaining alignment among cross-functional partners
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences
• Passion for improving maternal and infant health, with empathy for the challenges faced by expecting and new parents
