Senior Product Manager, Pharmacy Benefits
Job Summary
Owning the strategy and delivery for claims adjudication, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Pharmacy Benefits will develop expertise in pharmacy claims processes and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the platform scales effectively while meeting regulatory requirements, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery plan for claims adjudication, ensuring scalability with volume and new clients
- Write clear specifications and user stories for engineering, leading backlog refinement and sprint planning in an agile environment
- Coordinate go-live readiness across various teams to ensure seamless implementation without disruption to members or clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or enterprise technology
- Experience with complex transaction processing systems, specifically in claims adjudication or benefit administration
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, and operations stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and drive execution with minimal direction
- Experience in or with PBMs, pharmacy claims, or pharmacy operations is a plus
