Senior Product Manager, SOC

Job Summary

To enhance the internal security experience, the full-time Senior Product Manager, SOC will manage the SOC tooling vision and strategy, oversee the roadmap for analyst UX and product support, and collaborate with SOC leadership and analysts to optimize workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set the SOC tooling vision and strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders, articulating business value effectively
• Own the roadmap for analyst UX and SOC platform, driving enhancements and standardizing internal workflows
• Partner with SOC leadership and analysts to transform manual processes into automated, efficient systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically with cybersecurity products
• Direct experience working in a SOC and developing SOC tools and products
• Strong knowledge of analyst workflows, incident response, and investigation lifecycles
• Experience designing and delivering products utilizing artificial intelligence tools
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools
