Senior Product Manager, Translation Quality

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Product Manager, Translation Quality, who will improve translation quality, enhance expert and linguist experiences, and manage customer-facing analytics in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and priorities for translation quality and customer reporting experiences, ensuring alignment with data readiness and capacity
• Lead product delivery for AI Review and AI QA, defining requirements and evaluating translation quality and consistency
• Manage customer-facing analytics and reporting, translating customer needs into clear product requirements and ensuring accurate, useful reporting

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and agentic workflows for product discovery and analysis
• Experience in AI evaluation and understanding of metrics such as precision, recall, and latency
• Fluency in data analytics tools, including SQL, to define metrics and reporting requirements
• Strong grounding in translation production and quality processes
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage a multi-customer backlog while driving product initiatives to completion
