Job Summary
Managing two pods simultaneously, the full-time Senior Product Manager, Voice AI will oversee the full build lifecycle of voice agents for enterprise customers, focusing on tooling and intelligence layers to enhance agent performance and ease of development in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of voice agent development from agent shadowing to production go-live for two enterprise customers
- Develop automated evaluation frameworks and analytics to measure voice agent effectiveness and improve customer management experiences
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to shape product learning and contribute to the platform roadmap
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent technical role with ownership of product outcomes
- Strong comfort with data evaluation and building measurement systems at scale
- Experience working directly with customers or end users on technical products
- Solid technical foundation, including the ability to read code and understand API contracts
- Instinct for creating repeatable processes to solve problems for multiple customers
