Senior Product Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence in a remote, temporary role, the Senior Product Operations Analyst will lead process discovery and mapping, establish refined operating practices, and conduct in-depth analyses to enhance technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery and mapping of complex processes and workflows, including user journey mapping
• Drive initiatives to establish and refine operating processes, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and business teams to implement impactful operational improvements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process management/improvement, or product operations
• Demonstrated expertise in process and workflow discovery, including user journey mapping
• Proven ability to lead discovery sessions and convert insights into actionable improvements
• Extensive experience in establishing and enhancing operating processes and governance
• Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of influencing diverse stakeholders
