Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the operational rhythms of the Applications portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Product Operations Manager will manage reporting, release support, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product strategy alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations for Core Applications, including reporting, release support, and documentation
• Operate governance rituals such as the Monthly Executive Portfolio Review and Quarterly Vision Council, ensuring effective scheduling and action tracking
• Maintain backlog hygiene and portfolio reporting to ensure accurate roadmap status and consistent product updates

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in product operations, program/project management, or a comparable operational role in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment
• Strong operational discipline with proven program-management skills
• Familiarity with AI applications in operational work and experience with Agentic SDLC
• Proficiency in planning and tracking tools such as Aha!, Jira, and Confluence
• Demonstrated analytical fluency with reporting and dashboards to connect operational data to outcomes
