Job Summary

To enhance product delivery and operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Product Operations Manager will drive product strategy through advanced analytics, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and improve the product organization's operating model, including sprint cadence and governance frameworks
• Maintain roadmap alignment across product domains, ensuring synchronization and visibility into trade-offs and risks
• Manage partnerships with engineering leadership to coordinate capacity planning and ensure quality delivery execution

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or product management with a focus on operational discipline
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing product operating cadences and governance frameworks
• Direct experience with engineering partnership and capacity planning
• Proven track record of go-to-market execution and coordinating cross-functional launch readiness
• Executive-facing experience, presenting operational health and delivery status to senior leadership
