Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing B2G product team, the remote Senior Product Business Manager will manage operational processes, oversee cross-functional communications, and ensure timely execution of contractual deliverables and pricing updates.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing operations for the B2G product area, including incident resolutions and customer escalations
• Own cross-functional communications and documentation, providing accurate updates to stakeholders
• Coordinate readiness activities for key events and manage pricing updates across systems and contracts

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, or program management within a product organization
• Strong proficiency in managing contracts, pricing, order forms, and business documentation
• Proven ability to manage time-sensitive, high-stakes events with multiple dependencies
• Experience contributing to RFP responses or similar formal business documents
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Product Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
