Senior Product Operations Manager
Job Summary
Partnering with a Product leader, the full-time Senior Product Operations Manager will tackle high-priority business challenges, drive cross-functional outcomes throughout the product development lifecycle, and synthesize data and stakeholder perspectives into actionable insights in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to an assigned Product leader, addressing ambiguous product problems
- Drive outcomes from market discovery and roadmap planning to go-to-market and post-launch success
- Define and standardize product operations best practices while mentoring teammates and Product Management teams
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product operations, business strategy, product management, or management consulting
- Proven ability to lead multiple large-scale programs and launch significant new products globally
- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams
- Experience in tackling cross-functional business problems from framing to decision-making
- Hands-on AI fluency with strong analytics and data-driven storytelling skills
