Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Senior Product Operations Manager will enhance product delivery through advanced analytics and cross-functional collaboration while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product organization's operating model, including sprint cadence and governance frameworks
• Ensure roadmap alignment across product domains by synchronizing work and maintaining visibility into trade-offs and risks
• Manage partnerships with engineering leadership to coordinate capacity planning, sprint execution, and release readiness

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or product management with a focus on operational discipline
• Proven track record of building and managing product operating cadences and governance frameworks
• Direct experience with engineering partnership and capacity planning
• Experience presenting operational health and delivery status to executive leadership
• People management experience, including hiring and coaching team members
