Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving product delivery and operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Product Operations Manager will manage cross-functional collaboration, optimize processes, and analyze product data to enhance decision-making in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously improve the product organization's operating model, including sprint cadence and governance frameworks
• Ensure roadmap alignment across product domains and maintain visibility into trade-offs and risks for executive leadership
• Manage partnerships with engineering leadership to coordinate capacity planning and ensure quality delivery execution

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or product management with a focus on operational discipline
• Demonstrated experience in building and running sprint rituals, planning cycles, and governance frameworks
• Direct experience with engineering partnership and capacity planning
• Proven track record of go-to-market execution and coordinating cross-functional launch readiness
• Executive-facing experience with the ability to communicate delivery status and operational health to senior leadership
