Senior Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day execution of HID's PACS Product Management organization, the full-time Senior Product Operations Manager will manage product setup and changes in ERP systems, coordinate cross-portfolio meetings, and maintain reliable product data while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and validate product records in ERP systems, ensuring accurate documentation of product setup and lifecycle requests
• Guide product managers on product structures and data standards, representing PACS Product Management in business systems improvements
• Coordinate cross-portfolio leadership activities, including meeting preparation, documentation of decisions, and follow-through on action items

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Substantial experience in product operations, product management, or operational program management with cross-functional work ownership
• Hands-on experience with product master data management in ERP systems, including data validation and controlled changes
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings and manage preparation timelines without direct reporting authority
• Experience with B2B hardware or software portfolios in physical security or related sectors is preferred
