Senior Product Owner

Job Summary

Owning the product backlog for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the full-time Senior Product Owner will prioritize tasks, manage stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with delivery teams to enhance sales processes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, aligning it with business objectives and technology strategy
• Build strong relationships with internal customers, translating their needs into actionable tasks for the delivery team
• Lead discovery and validation efforts by engaging with users and analyzing data to inform product decisions

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or in a comparable role with backlog responsibility
• Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and facilitate effective refinement sessions
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and maintain relationships with senior personnel
• Experience working in agile delivery teams across multiple locations and time zones
• Genuine curiosity about the business and users supported by the product
